Dear Parent/Carer,

Staffing Update

I am delighted to let you know that Mrs Innes has been appointed to the role of Principal Teacher within the school replacing Mrs Ranscombe who retires at the end of the session. Mrs Innes will have a leadership role within second level and responsibility for Pupil Council.

I am also delighted to let you know that Miss Scott has been appointed to the school as a permanent class teacher.

As you may be aware, Mrs Mackenzie is now off on maternity leave with Mrs Wallace starting this week as her replacement. Mrs Wallace will teach P6 on a Friday and PE on a Thursday.

The Depute Head interview process involves two interviews and these will be held week beginning 12th June. I will update you of the outcome in due course.

Yours faithfully

Mrs Angela Cryans

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported our Spring Fayre on Saturday, the amount raised was over £2900!! The weather was great and it was fantastic to see so many people supporting the school.
We are very grateful to the following businesses:
Greens Nursery for donating plants.
Sainsburys for the voucher with which we bought Ice Cream, Cones and Sauces for our Ice Cream Stall.
Co-op Nairn for donating boxes for our Hampers

Huge thanks to all the parents, teachers and pupils who helped with the organisation of the Fayre and for manning the stalls on the day, the Fayre would not be possible without you all!!

Thanks also to all the football dads who did such a great job with the Football Tournament. Thanks also to our ex-pupils, Rory and Cameron who were refereeing – not an easy job!!

Thanks to the Community Police Officers who came out with the Police Van – it was very popular!
